How to sign up or renew your subscription
The 12-month annual subscription fee is calculated at:

- $34 +GST per staff member for non-members

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The EAP is set up as a 12 month subscription service, which is renewed in July of every year.
This means if you sign up in July 2025, you will be charged for a 12-month period of 1 August 2025 - 31 July 2026. If you sign up in August 2025, you will be charged for an 11-month period of 1 September - 31 July 2026, and so on. We will send you a note in July to renew your subscription.

Upon receipt of your payment, ACA National will send you a "welcome email", which will provide:
- universal access to your ACA/TELUS Health EAP for all your staff; and
- a communications pack to inform your staff about their EAP.
This process will provide you and your team members with immediate access to the EAP.
